Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:

• GP letter - £40.00
• Fitness to travel  - £50.00
• Holiday cancellation form - £50.00
• Firearms Licence -  £50.00
• HGV/Taxi medical - £150.00

The fees charged are based on the British Medical Association (BMA) suggested scales
